EthioBoost allows users to pay for services using two main methods: Direct Purchase or Account Wallet Deposit.
Supported Platforms: All payments must be made directly through our integrated payment steps using telebirr or Commercial Bank of Ethiopia (CBE) transfers.
Direct Buy: You can pay exactly for the cost of a specific package at checkout using CBE or telebirr to initiate and complete the order immediately.
Wallet Deposit: You can deposit a set amount of funds into your EthioBoost account wallet via CBE or telebirr. This balance can then be used to purchase services over time.
Proof of Payment: For manual transfers or verification steps, you must provide accurate transaction references or screenshots if requested by our system to approve your funds.
Due to the digital and instantaneous nature of social media delivery, all transactions and deposits on EthioBoost are final.
No Cash Refunds: Once an order is placed, processed, or delivered, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.
Wallet Balance Non-Withdrawal: Any funds deposited into your EthioBoost account wallet via CBE or telebirr cannot be withdrawn, refunded, or transferred back to your bank or mobile wallet. Deposits must be spent entirely on the services offered on the Website.
User Error: If you provide an incorrect link, a broken channel URL, or keep your social media account private while ordering, the system will still process the delivery. EthioBoost is not responsible for user errors, and no replacement or refund will be issued.

Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that a percentage of delivered followers, subscribers, or views may drop over time due to updates made by YouTube or TikTok.
Refill Policy: Unless a specific service package explicitly states a "Refill Guarantee" at the time of purchase, EthioBoost is under no obligation to replace or refill dropped numbers.
No Multi-Ordering: You agree not to buy similar promotion packages from other service providers at the same time an order is active on EthioBoost. Doing so breaks delivery counters and voids any support options.

Any attempts to disrupt the Website's infrastructure using malware, bugs, or automated scraping tools.
EthioBoost, its owners, and its operators shall not be held liable for any damages, loss of profits, loss of social media accounts, or damage to reputation resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any issue arising from a transaction will never exceed the actual amount of money you paid to EthioBoost for that specific order.
